The Aslan was alive after three days has passed.

The Aslan was a living animal after three days has gone.

Some visitors spotted Johnny alive with a new girlfriend in Mexico.

Are they OK?

You could have written better examples than the first two that you’ve got.

The Aslan was alive after three days had passed.

The Aslan was still a living creature (being) after three days had

had passed. If you do not mind my saying so, you would benefit from revising the tenses. Take it in the spirit in which it was intended.
2. No. 'Living animal' means real which is the opposite of being imaginary or toy. And 'had gone' instead of "has gone".
3. 'spot' is out of place, anyway OK.
