albeit + noun ??

I wonder if we can use "albeit + a noun", not an adverb.
I tried google book with several nouns, but none came out anything.

Is it wrong, or can anyone come up with any example? Thanks

Hi,
I'd say 'albeit' is similar to 'though'.
