Airline Slogan

Here's an airline slogan that really bothers me.

IT'S TIME EVERY JUAN FLIES!

Shouldn't it be 'It's time every Juan flew'?

Or company slogans are also protected by poetic license?

It sounds correct to me, but it would help to understand the context - thanks!

Does it?

How about "It's time she gets married"

I was taught the syntax It's (high) S + Vpast.

And when I consider the context, I still wouldn't use "It's time every Juan flies"...I'd go for "It's time for every Juan to fly!"
