Air ticket

With reference to mail massage, received from G’dad office dated 10.11.2016 regarding training programme on Junior Executive programme at PL HO for the period from 28.11.2016 to 02.12.2016.

In this training, my name is also included and same has been informed to me Sh. Vinod Salat, HRO, G’dad confirmed and the mail is enclosed herewith.

As per entitlement grade-A officers are entitled to Train second AC tickets.

In this context, undersigned searching second class rail tickets and found rail ticket from ahmedabad to New delhi and back at @ Rs. 6000/-. Meanwhile, undersigned also searching Air tickets through ahmedabad base agent on lowest offer basis.

On request, agent tried and found one offer from Spice Jet airlines on lowest rate offer during this period (28.11.2016 to 02.12.2016) for Rs. 5003.00 on return ticket and accordingly book tickets on my advice.(copy of air tickets are attached herewith)

Post facto approval for air tickets booking for Rs. 5003.00 from Ahmedabad to New Delhi and back on lowest fare basis my please be approved.
