Hello John,

I had a quick question

Which would you most likely use? ahead of time, in advance, or beforehand? and would it be That or When?

Let me know ahead of time that/when you are coming.
Let me know in advance that/when you are coming.
Let me know beforehand that you/when are coming.

Could you tell me how you would say this please?
