I'm brazilian. I work as translator, but sometimes I face some problems to interpret some texts. Could you please simplify this sentece, thus it can be easier for me to understand, help me to make it blue part of the text. thanks in advance!

General Trade Financing/Dealer. If product and trade financing is required, (xxx) will provide the marketing and sales representation on a dealer basis with (xxx) taking title to the product and reselling it to the designated customer. (xxx) shall be entitled to a margin equal to the difference of its sales price to a third party and the purchase price from (xxx). (xxx) will include in such margin its interest rate cost for trade financing, which (xxx) expects to reflect the then common and prevailing interest rate in the commercial banking industry for trade financing of similar products and for similar customers.

As I understand you, the blue, middle part of the paragraph is unclear. Reading it over, I agree. The wording is very legalistic and confusing.

As I understand you, the blue, middle part of the paragraph is unclear. Reading it over, I agree. The wording is very legalistic and confusing. I think it means that *** is operating as a supplier to various dealers, but does not actually sell the product to the public. My version of the blue section follows in boldface.
