Agreement of/from

I am confused by using both agreement of and agreement from in a sentence. Would you please advise? Could they both be used in a sentence. For example:

The agreement 'of' universities to increase tuition fees was shocking.

Gained the agreement 'of' sponsors for a business opportunity.

Obtained the agreement 'from/of' the company for business opportunities.

Just wondering if I used them correctly in each sentence. If not, please do the necessary changes/ corrections for each sentence. Many Thanks!
