Agreement of work

I would be grateful if someone can help me to comment the following agreement of work. Thanks



1. An individual electrical meter shall be provided to the system by ABC.

2. All power cables for the system from main switchroom to main TBE room shall be provided and installed by ABC.

3. All Cable must be clipped direct to / lying on metallic surface or installed as well as associated conduit/ trunking.

4. Catalogue/ information of indoor antenna and BTS equipment should be submitted for EMO approval

5. Hole / gap should be filled up with fire resistance sealant as all material run through concrete wall/ floor slab.

6. All piping or cable shall be enclosed by fire resistance material as running through/ in the protected area.

7. Some proposed cable routing should be modified to suit the site condition and approved by EMO.

8. Days of working shall be carried on weekday (from 9:00 to 18:00). Work on saturdays, sundays & public holidays and working schedule in club house area shall be approved by EMO.

9. All workers must possess “green card” in area of the site.

10. 24 hours site representative shall be delegated within the working period.

11. EMO’s reserve the right to stop all ABC’s work if found non-compliance.

12. ABC shall follow EMO’s guidelines of installation work.

13. Documents shall be submitted for EMO’s approval such as insurances (insurance should cover EMO & IO & Owners, etc.), professional certification, progress report, method statement, sample board etc. prior to commencement of installation work.

14. Potential hazard and risks assessment report, as-built drawing, test reports, shall be submitted for EMO’s approval during and after installation.

15. All relevant installation and future maintenance cost of the concerned system shall be bear by contractor.

16. All installation material and equipment on site shall be protected by ABC.

17. All industrial dispute / legal liability concerning the project shall be bear by ABC.

18. All debris/ waste material shall be cleaned by ABC daily.

19. ABC shall attended all progress meeting and report the installation progress regularly.

20. Any damage of facility due to the installation project shall be rectified by ABC with same material and provide one year maintenance period; otherwise EMO reserve the right to employ other contractor to rectify the issue at ABC cost.

As result of my investigation from other site ofXYZ property, I highly recommend to levy rental from ABC for site.
