Agreement of verb with the subject

Good Evening friends!
I have a doubt in Agreement of verb with the subject.
I just want to know the following sentence in right or wrong.

'I as well as you am to be blamed"

should we use have to be blamed or am to be blamed? and why?
Thank you.
