Agreement of Tenses
Hi everyone! Please help me check if these sentences are correct/ in agreement with the verb tenses:
1. It is just now that I HAVE REALIZED how silly I HAVE BEEN to tell everyone that I WANTED to date that guy.
2. For the past few days, I HAVE BEEN HAVING / AM HAVING / HAVE HAD bad dreams.
3. But FOR ANYTHING, the positive thing that HAS HAPPENED over the last few days IS/WAS that I HAVE GONE beyond the self-pity thoughts. I have thrown away the pills I have bought, after being informed that four bottles of those pills are still not enough to cure my depression.
I highlighted the parts that I am confused of, but if you see any more grammatical errors, improper use of terms, or vague parts other the ones I have highlighted, please write the corrections as well.

2. "Have been having" and "have had" are okay. "Am having" is not correct. If you think about it, it is hard to speak about bad dreams in the present tense. Also, the present tense doesn't sound correct with "past few days".
