Agreement of or agreement from

I am confused on using both agreement of and agreement from in a sentence. Would you please advise? Could they both be used in a sentence. For example:

The agreement of universities to increase tuition fees.

Obtained The agreement from the company for business opportunities.

Just wondering if I used both correctly. Thanks
