0 Sentence one - I suppose it might be possible but the other option (scaring into screaming) seems far more likely. If this was a test question then I think it would be very reasonable to expect 'She would not have screamed if you had not frightened her' as you are not expected to look for an obscure meaning when there is an obvious one. 02 br
