My answer
I agree that it is necessary to wear formal clothing at work.
The first reason is that formal clothing makes people look professional. So every customer would trust the workers who are wearing formal clothing, but if they just wear casual clothing, most customers would not trust them very much.
Another point is that when workers wear formal clothing, they would feel as if they are special, this will encourage/make them (to) work a lot harder.
For these reasons, I agree that it is necessary to wear formal clothing at work.

I used "this would" rather than "this will", as you used "would" just before it. I'm not 10
