Final touch up meeting of AGM, reviewed all AGM minutes / auditor reports and had discussion on minute of AGM which going to be conduct on 14^th Aug. 2010.

Had brief discussion on society security issue, Mr. Bhaskaran & Mr. Khedkar noticed that our existing watchmen Mr. Bhagat Singh not a punctual / serious about his duty, three / four times he caught red-handed for not performing his duty and time-to-time society has given him strict warning and in spite of this there is no improvement on his behavior so committee has decided to appoint new watchmen and accordingly we called our watchman and given one month oral notice to leave job.



Decided to transfer Sinking Fund + Repair Fund amount from SBI to Mumbai District Central Co-op. Banks Ltd as it is mandatory to deposit sinking fund in co-op. bank.
