1. It's ages [an age] since I saw you last. - BrE
2. It's a long time since I saw you last. - AmE & BrE

"It's been ages since I last saw you."

"It's been a long time since I last saw you."

Both are spoken in the U.S., but as far as the first sentence is concerned, I don't know how often it's spoken in the U.K..
