Agendas are being collected.

Hi everyone,

Please imagine that you will email to hold a meeting

I'd like to put a phrase saying same thing as 'Please let me know if you have any agenda.' in the title.

'Agendas are being collected.' does this make sense? Is this good English?

If it's not, what would that be instead?

Regards,
