Again/ up

Hi , im a bit confused , which sentences are correct:

A 1. I'm starting off the show AGAIN to let people see me.
A 2. I'm starting off AGAIN the show to let people see me.

B 1. You will again start the show to ...
B 2. You will start the show again to ...

explain me where and when i should use the word again.

C 1. I must sign this agreement up.
C 2. I must sign up this agreement.

explain me where and when i should use '' up'' , when it has to be after the verb
and when it has to be in the end of a sentence.
BIG thanks!

Put again after the verb and its complement(s), if it has any.

You can say that again.

MustAskwhere and when i I should use up
sign up is not used the way you have done. We'll have to use other verbs with up. Note there are four ways to build these -- two with nouns and two with pronouns. But one of the four ways is wrong. You cannot use it.

Thanks! However , I would have no questions about again if only I wouldn't have found this sentence:
'' There they will again know his abundant blessings''
check that out ! http://www.yourdictionary.com/examples/abundant
Please explain me , why is that correct?
