Again something from Mr.Monk...:-)

Hi guys,
I'm again translating one Mr.Monk episode, just for fun.Emotion: smile Can you please help me with one phrase?
Context:

Mr.Monk is about to go work out with help of very famous boxer. That boxer brought him very strong energy drink which was supposed to make him go, go go, go, go as he said..Emotion: smile Mr.Monk took that drink and started to drink it...
Boxer: Yeah, that's it. Hurts so good. That's it.Like a beast...Emotion: smile
Please guys, what does it mean "Hurts so good" ...It's really strong, is it.?

Best Regards
JCD
