My opinion is cowboys with leather because they are compared with new agers.

I'm a little confused here. The subject is at the begining. It's the clientele. Cowboys and new agers are the objects.

The younger generation is more into the style of the hippies of the 60's: crystal pendants that might have mystic powers and discussions about philosophy.

At the saloon, you can get local beer so fresh that it isn't even in bottles....just comes from the tap.
