I would say "forethought" is right

An afterthought is a thought that you have after the event. After you have made your invitation list and sent out the cards, you think maybe you should have included Jack and Sarah. So you call them at the last minute. That's an afterthought

If you had given it proper forethought, you would have included them on the list

You can post to the forum as an anonymous person. If you do so then..

(a) Your post, until recently, counted for the "anonymous" user That is why the "anonymous" user had so many posts - it counted everyone who had ever used that name, instead of their own ID. However, I think they've stopped the count because - of course - it didn't mea
