Aftermath /after that

Hi ,

Please tell me the difference at the usage of aftermath & after that

For example :

Please give me now after that you will be rewarded

Please give me now aftermath you will be rewarded

I am not sure about the above usage ,If you want to help with me with another example I would be more thankful.

Thanks in advance
