Ex.

a. After tomorrow, we will need to vote on the subject.
b. After tomorrow, we need to vote on the subject.

a. After three hours, we will need to move to a new building.
b. After three hours, we need to move to a new building.

a. After Monday, we will have a new car.
b. After Monday, we have a new car.

Q. Do they mean the same thing and are they grammatically correct?
Do I need to put the sentence in the future tense?
