After Which

I am not sure if the sentence I wrote below is correct. Could you suggest something?

A device does this by increasing its output load until it senses that the receiving system becomes congested after which it slows down its rate.

Put a comma after "congested."

No space before punctuation, one space after, and "after which" is two words.
