Is there a problem below sentences?

Since I returned from my vacation I did not see him.

Since I returned back from my vacation I did not see him.

Since I came back from my vacation, I did not see him.

Using past tense is grammatically wrong?
when I say " return back" is it meaningful ? I think return verb contains "back" meaning I am not sure though.

when I say " return back" is it meaningful ?-- It is meaningful, but it is substandard English' 'return' means 'go/come back'.
