After twenty years

Jimmy Wells says to Silky Bob, "I'll be on my way. Hope your friend comes around all right. Going to call time on him sharp?"

There're three questions about the dialogue.

Q1: What "I'll be on my way." means?

Is it "I should go now."?

Q2: "Hope your friend comes around all right." Why present indefinite tense why not future indefinite tense?

Q3: I couldn't grasped the meaning of the 3rd sentence. "Going to call time on him sharp?"

Q4: Is it correct to write third as 3rd?
