"Came" is the past - and she is coming back next week. Use "comes."

We plan to go to Peru next week, after she comes back.

We went to Peru last month, after she came back.

After she comes back- is the correct one

note: when we use 'After,Before, as soon as, till or until, when ,while' for mentioning future, at the time we have to use 'first form verb'.

eg: After it stops raining, we will go out.
