Is sentence correct?

Some people may be confused to practice "how tie a tie" after reading the text. If you display a video, they might be able to follow the step "how to tie a tie".

You can't say confused to practice. I understand what you mean--that reading about tying a tie is not enough. You need to watch someone do it.
