The verbs are good, but "there" is normally elsewhere: "After I've arrived at the office, I stay there the whole day."

The present perfect is not wrong, but it's not necessary. Either of the following is OK.
After I arrive at the office, ...
After I've arrived at the office, ...
By the way, the same is true if the first word is "when".
