In Time Clauses we use present or present perfect not future.

He'll call you as soon as he has arrived.
The present perfect is used to show that the action it describes (arrive) will be complete before the other (call).

If the two actions happen together we use present

Hi, Madhulk. It's an Adverbial clause of time and therefore we cannot use Future tenses. Yes, he hasn't done it yet.
