After I've drained...

After I've drained this planet
of all the human information,
(He still hasn't done it, right?)Doomsday will
annihilate what's left. It's a simple plan, actually. Absorb and destroy.
Why the Present perfect tense?

Hello, In Time Clauses we use present or present perfect not future. He'll call you as soon as he has arrived . The present perfect is used to show that the action it describes (arrive) will be complete before the other (call).

Hi, Madhulk. It's an Adverbial clause of time and therefore we cannot use Future tenses. Yes, he hasn't done it yet.
