After how many weeks vs how many weeks later

Can I say "How many weeks later should I start?" instead of "After how many weeks should I start?", are they the same? If not, what is the difference between "after how many..." and "how many .... later"? Thank you.

I read "After how many weeks should I start?" to indicate the time starts now. "How many weeks later should I start?" needs a time reference: later than when.

Thank you. But, I think that, we can ask "After (or At) how many weeks of pregnancy should I start pregnancy exercises?" to indicate a lenghth of time in a period, and we can ask "How many weeks later are you going to deliver your baby?" to indicate a specific time in future, is that right?
