One of the most conspicuous trends in the 21st century is that some young adults decide to start working after finishing high school. There has been a big debate in social of this trend. So, what are the advantage and disadvantage of doing this?

To begin with, finding a job straight after high school helps young people gain more real experience and improve their technical skills. It supplies teenagers the opportunities to try out different fields and they will also learn how to please their boss and work well with their colleagues. Secondly, working right away helps them find a suitable job to earn money. Furthermore, youngsters can make contact through working early. An old colleague they meet at their job might also be able to introduce them to a better workplace, which may lead to a promising career.

On the other hand, getting a job after graduating from high school has its own drawbacks. Firstly, finding a job without an academic certification is extremely difficult in this competitive society. Secondly, by virtue of not going to university, they do not have enough skills to find a highly paid job. Most of the employers and big companies always find and rent people with expertise. Last but not least, working early also means failure comes sooner so teenagers have to face with countless problems which makes them become stressed and depressed.

Based on the above-mentioned facts, one can conclude that starting to work straight instead of attending university has both pros and cons. However, teenagers may choose their way which depends on their abilities and financial in order to devote to social.
