This is slightly awkward and ambiguous to me. Do you mean that you can put a question mark after some sentences but not others? Or do you mean that you shouldn't put a question mark after any of the sentences?

New2grammarYou should not put [a question mark/question marks] after each sentence.I think this needs some context to really make sense.
Are both correct? Is there any difference?
Thanks.
New2grammarCJ, you're right.I didn't say it was awkward. (I'm not sure what "it" is, in fact.) You'll have to ask Mr. Wordy. He's the only one who used the word awkward in this thread.
Why is it awkward?
New2grammarWhy is it awkward? I would say "after every sentence" but I understand each perfectly well. Could someone explain why it is awkward? It's "slightly awkward and ambiguous" to me because it appears to literally mean one thing, but feels as if it might have been intended mean something else.
Mr WordyTo me, "each" means "each sentence, considered individually in turn".I didn't know this. Thanks for this great definition.
Mr WordyBut did the author really mean this?
