"after 2 weeks" means after two weeks is passed, and "in 2 weeks" means before 2 weeks is passed?

*********

The product will be delivered _____.

(3) two weeks ago
(4) in two weeks

You are about right; the test writer was sloppy. #4 is the intended answer, and 'after' is often used mistakenly in place of 'in' by learners. However, 'in' is generally used to imply at the two-week point, not before it.

  • For that, a clear speaker will use 'within'.
