Hey

In the first sentence I'd say:

After a long time not being used, your motorcycle will have problems starting.

You should use the passive form here because the motorcycle cannot use anything, it is, actually, used by someone.

Take a look: After a long time not using my motorcycle, I found it hard to drive it.

The second sentence is correct: After ma

Thank you rafaelinrio very much.
By the way, Can we use OF the way Ant-222 suggested?

After a long time OF not being used, your motorcycle will have problems starting
After a long time OF not using my motorcycle, I found it hard to drive it.

Thank you in advance

No, it sounds very odd. We'd use of in this case if we had a noun right after time, like:

After a long time of reflection, she finally made her decision.

After a long time refecting, she made her decision.

In the motorbike sentence we have:

After a long time of disuse, my motorcycle will have problems starting.
After a long time not being used......
