After is most often a conjunction or preposition.

We left after the meeting. They take a nap after lunch. (preposition)
After the meeting was finished, we left. After they eat lunch, they take a nap. (conjunction)

How about "I slept well last night after hearing his voice"? Is it correct? Can we use after+verb.ing like this?

Are all these sentences correct? And what are the deferences in meaning?

1. I slept well after hearing his voice.
2. I slept well after heard his voice.
3. I slept well after I heard his voice.

Sentence 2 is wrong, maybe, "I slept well after having heard his voice." The other two are fine. They all mean the same thing.
