Africa!

I moved around a lot when I was younger/young. Are both useable? Is there a difference between the usages?

And

How long have you been living in Africa? - Talking to someone in Africa. Is this an acceptable question?

How long have you lived in Africa? What's the difference between these two questions?

Thank you!
