Aerobic workout...Tabby

Hi! I've folllowed this aerobic workout for quite a while and wondered what did she (the leader) say while teaching at the No. of the scale of the clip (at the bottom of the screen) at 8.22 - till approximately 832. Begin with the name of a lady she called ...Tabby.....which I've tried to catch what were all the words she said....to refer to a body over there. Please open the clip of this workout and kindly tell me what the words were all about? I tried and tried to catch all her words but fail doing it. Did she refer to the black lady over there on the right of the screen? Than you for your time.
