Yes we do.
It seems sort of strange to use will in this way, but all of these examples are commonly used. In all three examples, "if you'll..." is used to begin a polite request just as you would use "could you please..."

Just to be clear, my "No, I don't think so" was directed toward the assertion that it would only be used in a customer-service type situation.
I wasn't saying "No, I don't think so" as to whether I would use it. Of course, since I immediately afterwards said how I would use it, that was probably obvious...
