Advise me, I need your suggestions

hey,
I will hopefully have a speech compition next week so all i am askin' for is the perfect or the best topic you think I choose to speak up about.
I need your suggestions about the type of the topic, something useful and unusual i mean something attractive, Im really confused I do not know what would I talk about I want to be the best, like I should win this compition to feel pleased for some reasons.
