Advice to protect / for protecting...

Here is WHO's advice to protect yourself from the virus.

I have seen that one and I was wondering if I can rewrite it as 'WHO's advice for protecting yourself...' for the same meaning?

If they carry the same meaning, is there a reason one is 'to protect...' and the other is 'for protecting...'?

Thank you so much as usual in advance.
