advice please

Hi, I just want to reply to my manager in a professional way to an email he had sent to me about arranging for a meeting to bring me and my colleague to come to resolve the conflict we have. I am the one who sent to complain to him about the conflict.
Please advise me what should i say and what I shouldn't say.
