Below is an announcement for a new project, and this to standardized the processes of this project so kindly your precious advice is so needed and also if you have any helpful tempaltes for the same purpose.
Dear Sir
As agreed in our meeting kindly find attached the standard project plan for the migration and new installation on the platform xyx, and to have the best results and deliverables on time and within scope everyone should adhere to this project plan, following this we agreed that at the moment we have the following subprojects in the spot, also I added the timelines beside each subproject:

2- XXXXXX
Further more I would to thank you all for your work as a one team to meet the expectations with the best qulity.
