Adverd of time

I am so confused about the adverb of time ( duration and point in time)

1) I am going to study english in 3 years.

2) I am going to study english in the next 3 years.

3) I am going to study english for the next 3 years.

4) I am going to study english for 3 years.

5) I am going to study english over 3 years.

6) I am going to study english over the next 3 years

7) I am going to study english during 3 years.

8) I am going to study english during the next 3 years.

9) I am going to study english within 3 years.

10) I am going to study english within the next 3 years.

What is the difference among them? which one is duration and which one is point in time?
