adverbs problems :(

so I am doing a recipe in my speech class and I want to make sure this last part of the sentence is correct, I mean should I say quick or quickly?
......the recipe, which is rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals, relative quickly, and easy to make.

thankssss, but what about if I wanted to remove the word relatively*, would be still is *quick and easy to make? since quick is modifying recipe?
