Adverbs after Finites

Dear teachers,

May I have your views on the following sentences?

1. We usually go to school by bus.
1a. We go to school usually by bus.

2. The sun always rises in the east.
2a. The sun rises always in the east.

Can I say that in 1a and 2a the mid-position adverbs have been placed after the finites for the purposes of emphasis?

Thank you very much.
