Number 4 is wrong, number 2 is defensible, and number 5 is debatable. Many words are both adverb and adjective, "loud", "quick" and "fast" (and "slow") among them, but many people don't realize that and tack an "-ly" on the end of the adverb on the principle "better safe than sorry". It's to the point where they correct those of us who know better when we leave it off. Oddly, nobody says "fast
