Adverbs

How does one punctuate the "sometimes every now and then" in the following sentence. "I generally don't like chocolate, though sometimes every now and then I will buy a three musketeers bar." I cannot change the words at all so im not sure how i would punctuate it if at all.

Opinions will differ on this. I would use dashes. I generally don't like chocolate, though sometimes - every now and then - I will buy a T hree M usketeers bar.
