Adverbial Phrase

Hi

Can be the following considered as an adverbial phrase?

"Every step of every path (or way), I carry all my worries and..."

Do we have a specific phrase in English with a meaning close to it?

Thanks in advance

I would rephrase it as: No matter which path I take/choose, at every step I carry all my worries... Better if experts comment.
