She is cute undeniably.

Undeniably, she is cute.

Are all of them correct?

The first is the best. The last one is possible. The middle one is not good at all.

With a common after "cute", do you see it being acceptable?

No. Not with a comma. Maybe with a dash.

She is cute - undeniably.

Even so, it's far from being the usual way to say it.
