Adverb position problem

Hi my name is Vivian and i have a question regarding the adverb positioning.

There are three possible positions (initial, mid & end) that I can place an adverb in a sentence, but how one precisely sure which adverb can fall into which following condition.
1) Some kinds of adverbs can only go in one position
2) Other kinds of adverbs can go in two of the positions
3) And still other adverbs can go in all three positions

Regards,

Vivian
